Position Summary

The Shipping / Office Coordinator helps keep materials, deliveries, and communication organized between customers, vendors, and our internal team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming deliveries and verify materials were received correctly.
  • Communicate any shortages, damages, or missing items to the appropriate team members.
  • Schedule deliveries with customers and coordinate shipment timing.
  • Prepare delivery paperwork and maintain shipping records.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Enter information into company software and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, sales, and management to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and organization.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.
  • Support other departments and assist with special projects.

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
