Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Monitor sales, productivity, and store performance goals
- Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed
- Write up service orders and clearly communicate repair details
- Provide estimates for tires, repairs, and maintenance services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate work
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Handle phone calls, scheduling, and general front counter duties
- Process invoices and payments
Experience
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
