We are looking for serious, reliable, productive, and safety-minded workers with experience in surface diamond drilling and remote camp operations.
Open Positions:
- Diamond Drillers
- Driller Helpers
- Foremen
Compensation:
- Diamond Drillers: $42.50-$47.50/hr + bonus: $3.25 to $6.50/m
- Driller Helpers: $30.00/hr – $35/hr+ bonus: $2.00 to $3.25/m
- Foremen: starting at $850/day
Higher rates and bonuses may apply based on classification: Class C, B, or A.
Classification is based on experience, productivity, safety awareness, attitude, equipment care, and overall performance.
Schedule / Rotation:
- 28/14 and 14/14 rotations
- Day and night shifts may be required
- Remote camp work

Requirements:
- Surface diamond drilling experience required
- Ability to work safely and productively in remote camp conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
