Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $26 – $33/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
(Schedule may vary based on installation and service needs)
On-Call: Participation in a rotating on-call schedule for occasional after-hours service

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair bulk cooking oil filtration and storage systems at restaurant and foodservice locations.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Enjoys working with tools and solving mechanical problems
- Likes staying physically active throughout the day
- Takes pride in completing high-quality, reliable work
Technicians primarily work in the field, with occasional time spent at our facility supporting installations, preventative maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Installation & Service
- Install bulk cooking oil storage tanks and filtration systems
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, hoses, valves, and fittings
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform system repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Tank & System Maintenance
- Clean, inspect, and refurbish oil tanks and filtration components
- Replace seals, hoses, switches, and worn mechanical parts
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
Operations & Support
- Load and transport equipment, tools, and supplies
- Assist with oil collection and servicing at customer locations
- Maintain organized inventory of truck tools and parts
- Support shop or plant maintenance when needed
Customer Interaction
- Work inside commercial kitchens, warehouses, and service areas
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Represent the company with professionalism and reliability
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working on ladders, under equipment, and in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, pumps, or mechanical systems
- Ability to read measurements and perform precise installations
- Clean driving record required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
