Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our automotive dealership. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional facility, ensuring a positive experience for customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness of showroom, service areas, offices, and restrooms
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
- Handle basic groundskeeping (snow removal, landscaping, trash removal)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license required
Pay Range.
$18 to $21 per hour
