Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
– Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
– Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
– Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
– Ensure tables are clean and properly set for each guest
Requirements:
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
