Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves serving customers, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Candidates should be personable, attentive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Up to date knowledge of wine by the glass program and understanding of all wines by bottle
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, promoting food and beverage offerings
- Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience with a keenness to learn
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory calculations
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of wine and spirits
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$45.00 per hour
