Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of Carpenter and carpenter helper. Duties
- Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, siding, and roofing components
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks associated with construction projects
- Participate in water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts
- Assist in remodeling efforts including flooring installation and tile l
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person roles
- Familiarity with restoration industry practices is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
