We are looking for a full-time Septic Pump Truck Driver to join our team. Stuart Plumbing is a 100-year-old family-owned company, started in 1926, with a great reputation and a solid customer base that is consistently growing.
**Must be able to provide a valid CDL Driver’s License
**2+ Years Experience Required to apply
**Special consideration to those applicants with additional Lift Station experience
Company Vehicle + Uniform + Major Equipment Provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Driving: Safely operate a septic truck, following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Pumping: Use vacuum pumps and hoses to collect and transport septic waste.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks on the truck’s equipment and address any issues.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of each service call, including photos and the condition of the tank.
- Customer service: Greet customers and communicate with them before and after each job.
- Safety: Practice defensive driving techniques and avoid accidents.
- Disposal: Transport collected waste to designated disposal sites and comply with all regulations.
- Inspection: Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections on the truck.
- Digging: Dig up septic tank lids if needed.
- Cleaning: Keep the truck clean and organized.
- Communication: Communicate with dispatch if follow-up work is needed.
Some other skills and qualifications that may be required for a septic pump truck operator include:
- Being at least 21 years old
- Having at least two years of commercial driving experience
- Having excellent communication skills
- Being customer-service oriented
- Having a clean driving record
- Having the ability to lift objects up to 65 pounds
- Having good physical condition and strong stamina
- Having a DOT Physical

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
