What You’ll Do
- Deliver precise lawn maintenance on commercial and residential properties
- Build and renovate landscapes and softscapes to client specifications
- Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, plow trucks, and trailers
- Install drainage solutions that protect properties long-term
- Provide snow removal services with efficiency and reliability
- Communicate clearly with clients on site and coordinate with your crew
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on landscaping experience
- Valid driver’s license and a clean, insurable driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and consistent, professional communication
