Xtreme Tire Garage is seeking a qualified Mechanic (310T) to join our team in Mississauga, ON.
Position Summary:
Xtreme Tire Garage has been providing service, value and expertise since 2006. We are looking for a licensed truck mechanic to complement our team in servicing our light duty fleet customers. You will be responsible to inspect, diagnose, service and repair a variety of light duty trucks, trailers and light commercial trucks. This includes general maintenance mechanical work as well as tire mounting, balancing and changeover services. If you have the following qualifications, get in touch with us!
310T (provincially recognized mechanic/trade certification required)
Minimum 3 years’ of mechanical service/repair/diagnostic experience (preferably with under-car experience)
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
Have your own tools
Accountable for your actions and decisions
Enthusiastic team player with a professional attitude
Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and service advisors
Other Qualifications:
Valid full-G Driver’s License (Required)
Current valid insurance (Required)
Follow company workplace policies and procedures
Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, trouble-shoot, repair, etc.)
Support a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
Assist shop foreman/supervisor with any additional tasks as required
Attend all staff meetings and training sessions
