PC Support Technician Jobs in Leavenworth, KS at Zephyr Products, Inc
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoots hardware and software problems, providing hands-on installation support and engaging vendor-supplied support, as necessary.
- Perform user PC setup/install support for new employees and replacement equipment.
- Assists in the maintenance of voice, data, and computer equipment.
- Maintain user systems lists, equipment inventory and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Perform pre & post development testing of ERP or network enhancements.
- Grow skills and working knowledge of the different technologies used to support our manufacturing needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
