S.i. Systems enterprise public health client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the KDC Application assessment program. In preparation to exit from the Kamloops Data Centre (KDC) by an assessment project of all the client applications (applications and storage) running in KDC must be done to determine a structured approach to migrating application out of the KDC, and include application dependencies with RCH and SMH data centres.

· Related guidance and expertise in developing overall approach to KDC Exit and related RCH & SMH dependencies.

In preparation to exit from the Kamloops Data Centre (KDC) by an assessment project of all the client applications (applications and storage) running in KDC must be done to determine:
· A structure approach to migrating application out of the KDCo Include application dependencies with RCH and SMH data centres
· The target state and environment requirements at CCH and/or the Cloud
· A migration plano Activities and the sequencingo Structure of a Migration Factoryo Resources required to address each application
· Costs associated with the target environment and migration factory
The assessment program will deliver an overall plan for the /26 budget cycle while some details can be completed up to March 31st . The project manager will oversee the project and will include managing:
· Create RFP and select 3rd party consulting organization(s) and/or Consultant(s) for Application Assessment
· Third Party Service Providers (e.g. Kyndryl)
· Fraser Health Informatics teams (Application owners)
· FH architecture and infrastructure teams and PHSA
· Product of an overall migration plan
· Proof of Concept migration to test and inform the migration factory component
