Responsibilities:
Utilize over 4 years of Workforce software expertise with certifications in PT102 (Configuration Specialist), PT103 (Interface), and Report Specialist.
Proficient in Workforce Formula Language and adept at managing complex system architectures involving SF and SAP.Extensive experience in integrating WFS with SAP and SF, handling complex integrations.
Strong understanding of Time Management and HCM processes, including policy editing and independent configuration management.
Analyze global time management requirements, with
hands-on experience
in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, and Settings.
Proficiency in understanding workforce software flow and
debugging
.
Knowledgeable in HR import, Payroll export, and Mule Soft (an advantage).Familiarity with SF-EC and LOA setup in EC is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
.
Proficient in SQL query and reporting.
Qualifications:
4+ years of Workforce software experience.
Certification in PT102 (Configuration Specialist), PT103 (Interface), and Report Specialist.
Strong understanding of Workforce Formula Language.
Experience with
complex system architectures involving SF and SAP.Proficiency in time management and HCM processes.
Ability to
independently manage configurations and analyze global time management requirements.
Hands-on experience
