Location: Aurora, Ontario (Hybrid)
Office Requirement: 3 days/week in office when not travelling
Travel: Approximately 2 weeks per month (US travel required)
Reports directly to: Head of Sales & Marketing

What You’ll Own
- Lead and execute new business development across the US retail market
- Identify, pursue, and secure new national and regional retail partners
- Manage and grow key US accounts, including major retailers such as Target
- Oversee and expand our US broker network, onboarding high-performing regional partners
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate product value and consumer benefits
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align on customer needs and drive execution
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy and unlock growth
Who You Are
- A proven business builder with a strong “hunter” mindset
- 5–7+ years of experience in CPG sales or business development, ideally within bakery or better-for-you food categories
- Demonstrated success selling into the US retail market
- Strategic, agile, and highly responsive in a fast-paced environment
- A confident communicator who excels in presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building
- Passionate about food innovation and making a measurable impact
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and customer portals
Compensation & Rewards
Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000
Commission: Performance-based, with strong upside tied to new business generation
