Job Description:
The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. This role involves defining functional and non-functional specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that align with business objectives.
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong requirement gathering & documentation skills (BRD, FSD, user stories).
• Excellent stakeholder communication & coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in process mapping (AS IS/TO BE) and workflow analysis.
• Solid understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
• Basic SQL/data analysis skills for validation and reconciliation.
Experienced Required: 10+
