Job Summary
The Daytime Security Professional plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and clients. This position involves monitoring premises and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a proactive approach to conflict management, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, investigate incidents, take appropriate action and coordinate with law enforcement and the Operations Manager when necessary.
- Maintain detailed reports of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.
- Provide assistance in conflict management situations, de-escalating tensions as needed.
Skills
- Certification in CPR and first aid is highly desirable.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
**This is an in-person position, remote/virtual work is not an option**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
