Strat Security – Customer Service Coordinator

Strat Security is looking to hire someone to assist with the day-to-day functions of the service department. This includes service scheduling, handle customer calls, billing, quality assurance, daily and weekly reporting, and other duties as needed. This is a full-time position.

Job Duties:

  • · Entering and closing service tickets
  • · Coordination of tech service schedules
  • · Answering calls & scheduling service repairs with customers
  • · Daily review of trouble reports
  • · Service Billing
  • · Ordering equipment and managing inventories
  • · Assuring collections of service work
  • · Scheduling annual customer inspections and completing necessary paperwork
  • · Daily reporting to management

Requirements:

  • · High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • · 2 years of service scheduling / dispatching experience with knowledge of security preferred
  • · Basic computer knowledge
  • · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • · Ability to multitask
  • · Organization skills
  • · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team skills
  • · Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
