Strat Security – Customer Service Coordinator
Strat Security is looking to hire someone to assist with the day-to-day functions of the service department. This includes service scheduling, handle customer calls, billing, quality assurance, daily and weekly reporting, and other duties as needed. This is a full-time position.
Job Duties:
- · Entering and closing service tickets
- · Coordination of tech service schedules
- · Answering calls & scheduling service repairs with customers
- · Daily review of trouble reports
- · Service Billing
- · Ordering equipment and managing inventories
- · Assuring collections of service work
- · Scheduling annual customer inspections and completing necessary paperwork
- · Daily reporting to management
Requirements:
- · High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- · 2 years of service scheduling / dispatching experience with knowledge of security preferred
- · Basic computer knowledge
- · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
- · Ability to multitask
- · Organization skills
- · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team skills
- · Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
