We are seeking a skilled and organized Secretary to join our team. The Secretary will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

– Answer and direct phone calls
– Maintain office filing and record systems
– Perform data entry and update documents as needed
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Coordinate meetings and conference calls

“`Experience:“`
– Previous experience working with phone systems and handling incoming calls
– Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
– Familiarity with computerized office systems and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $26.55-$38.13 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
