School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CF) Jobs in Lodi, CA at Sandy’s Speech Services
Sandy’s Speech Services is seeking a motivated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to support students within the Lodi Unified School District for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
This is an in-person, school-based position beginning in late July 2026. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about supporting students, collaborating with educational teams, and making a meaningful impact within a district setting.
Position Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- In-person school-based position
- Start Date: Late July 2026
- 1099 contracted position
- Compensation: $70-$85 per hr, depending on experience and assignment
- Caseload and school assignment discussed during interview process
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
- Conduct speech-language assessments and prepare evaluation reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families
- Develop and implement treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, AAC, pragmatics, and related communication needs
- Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success across educational settings
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license required
- Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
