Deliver all programs and sales specials, working closely with the Marketing Manager.

Responsible for keeping the client list current.

Have a working knowledge of the current market size, conditions, competition.

Extensive travel within assigned territory. Minimum 3-4 days a week, 3-5 calls per day, overnight stays required.

Completion of site visit notes and monthly progress report vs budget and KPI’s. Use of company Net Suite/CRM system is mandatory.

Establishes a “business relationship” with all stakeholders including the manufacturers, retail owners, their sales/operations staff and contractors.

Effectively leverages company employees to help attain objectives and to meet the clients needs

Understand “clients needs”, business and market potential. Where do our products and services “fit in”? Make recommendations, provide solutions.

Seek out new clients and show room display units as per plan, document, and track sales.

Develops and owns strategies for clients within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets.

Works with management team to develop overall territory sales plan that includes channel sales, marketing strategies and sales forecasts.

Ensures order processing, product delivery, warranty and technical support meet our service level agreements to our clients (delivery schedule, Fill rate, B/O process, pricing levels etc..). Report deficiencies, and work on solutions with RD staff.

Maintains constant

communication

with all internal and external parties (clients) during the progression of any promotions, programs, bookings or” special deals” the company is offering to the dealer network.

Successfully sells into competitive accounts and grows market share within assigned territory as per plan.
