Full job description
WAGE/PAY IS 100% COMMISSION BASED.
This position depends on YOU and solely YOU to close sales which leads to your pay.
Experience in door-to-door sales required.
Responsibilities:
– Generate their own leads to make sales – Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets
– Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers based on the service they want or what they have been offered
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential sales opportunities
– Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
MUSTS:
– Familiarize yourself with Cleaning Your Cans’ policies for bookings, reschedulings and cancellations
– Must also know the different services Cleaning Your Cans offers, the prices for each service and the approximate time it would take to clean a certain surface or item (and record it in the application or report it directly to supervisor/manager)
– Have a mobile device with strong data and cell connection and be willing to download an application to track client details (name, home address, phone number and email)
Qualifications:
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
– Proven experience in door-to-door sales – Strong sales and negotiation skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
– Business development mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
– Technical sales knowledge is a plus
– Experience in inside sales is preferred
