Qualified MOA must have more than 2 years experience as MOA and is very knowledgeable about use of Healthquest as an EMR.
Must show dedication and trustworthiness for the clinic.
Must be teachable, flexible, a team player, and with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, friendly, hard-working, and efficient
Well-mannered, kind, polite, honest, courteous, respectful
Excellent phone etiquette
Knowledgeable with billing and referral management
Computer savvy
Solution-seeking qualities and can think out of the box
Willing to perform beyond his/her duties and what is expected of him/her
