Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Associate who is passionate about health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term members.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective and current members.• Conduct studio tours and present membership options.• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media.• Meet and exceed membership sales targets and key performance indicators.• Build relationships within the local community to generate referrals and partnerships.• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.• Support member retention initiatives and provide exceptional customer service.• Assist with studio events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.• Help maintain a positive, professional, and energetic studio atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or fitness industry experience is an asset.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
