Responsibilities
- install interior trim only, molding, cabinetry, doors in high end north shore homes
- Read blueprints
- Own hand tools, power tools, transportation
- Minimum 10 years experience in interior trim
Skills
- Proficiency in trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, door hanging, siding application, metal stud framing, and fixture mounting
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, sanders), and specialized equipment such as CNC machines for fabrication tasks
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols along with experience working on diverse construction sites or in restoration industry environments
- Ability to perform masonry work including concrete forming and rebar installation when required for structural finishes
- Familiarity with schematics related to electrical or plumbing systems for integrated finishing solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly during remodeling or renovation projects involving complex specifications
