What You’ll Do
Lawn Season:
- Operate stand-on mowers and commercial equipment
- Trim, edge, and detail properties to a high standard
- Perform spring and fall cleanups
- Assist with basic landscaping projects
- Leave every property clean and professional
Snow Season:
- Shovel walkways, stairs, and garage aprons
- Apply ice melt
- Assist with plowing operations
- Work during early mornings, overnight, and snow events
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable — shows up on time, ready to work
- Strong work ethic and moves with urgency
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Can lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Takes pride in doing clean, detailed work
Requirements
- Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Truck & trailer experience is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- $22–$26/hour depending on experience
- Overtime available during peak seasons
