Maintenance Technician/Non- CDL Driver Jobs in Concord, NH at North Branch Construction
Looking for a self-motivated, reliable individual who demonstrates safe work and driving practices to assist our Tools and Equipment department. This individual will be part of a team to assist meeting the needs of NBC’s office and job sites to ensure company operations run smooth and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs of building and grounds based on daily and seasonal needs.
Inspects and identifies equipment or tools in need of repair.
Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
Performs general repairs that do not require advanced technical skills.
Periodically assist with placing supply orders.
Pulls orders from a list, load and deliver to job sites with repetitive success.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be able to obtain and retain a medical card.
Basic computer skills.
Able to lift up to 80 pounds at a time.
Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written directions.
Ability to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination is required.
Must have a full range of physical motion as required to properly operate manual and electric power tools.
Forklift experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour

- Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- able to obtain and maintain a NH DOT Med Card. (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)
