Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized presentation of products
- Enter all information into Dealer Management System for proper tracking.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about product benefits and features
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers efficiently during peak hours
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients or vendors
Experience
- Previous experience in RV or Vehicle sales, preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in product demos, and process.
- Familiarity with PBS dealer management system is an asset.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with digital communication and good phone etiquette is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
