We are seeking a reliable and motivated Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant’s kitchen and food preparation areas. We are also accepting people with less experience for dishwasher positions who can have a hand in easy prep work.

Duties:
– Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
– Assist with food preparation tasks, such as grilling, frying
– Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
– Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
– Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred but not required
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
– Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
– Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment is beneficial
