Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, remote/hybrid role based in either Ottawa or Toronto, ON. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting VMed’s healthcare solutions to providers and institutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales outreach, preparing presentations and proposals, supporting marketing campaigns, and participating in industry events to build brand awareness. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand product offerings, gathering market feedback, and contributing to training materials and sales tools. The successful candidate will focus on delivering a professional customer experience while helping expand VMed’s presence in the Canadian healthcare market.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with healthcare clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to help educate customers and team members on products, services, and processes.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical products, or B2B sales is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and common office software is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
