Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and enthusiastic associate to join our rapidly expanding sales and business development team. As Swede continues to grow and adapt to meet surging demand, we’re looking for individuals excited about contributing to a vibrant startup environment, where they’ll address complex challenges directly affecting everyday consumers. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our growth objectives and sales strategy while actively enhancing the efficiency of Swede’s sales process and business development initiatives. As part of our Inside Sales Team, you will receive comprehensive training to become proficient in our products and hone crucial skills in presentation, communication, persuasion, and operations.

Responsibilities:

– Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
– Serve as the subject matter expert on Swede’s product offerings and solutions.
– Cultivate existing leads to broaden brand awareness, educate, solicit referrals, identify new opportunities, and nurture the lead funnel.
– Assess leads, ascertain prospect motivation, and provide solutions and support.
– Coordinate appointments with potential customers and our sales team.
– Thoroughly document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
– Reconnect with past leads to foster ongoing engagement with Swede.
– Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to cultivate leads and schedule appointments.
– Leverage internal tools and resources to optimize the pre-lead sales funnel.
– Conduct articulate and compelling conversations over the phone and via email.
– Actively seek opportunities to contribute to the overall sales strategy.
– Communicate successes and challenges proactively.
– Champion the delivery of an exceptional client experience and provide support to the Design Team and Millwork specialists during the design phase through contract signing.
– Identify opportunities for improved lead targeting and dispersal.
– Offer insights on the most effective strategies for marketing to new leads based on past data and client communication.

Minimum Requirements:

– Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly goals.
– Proficiency in maintaining daily KPIs and tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and productivity metrics.
– Ability to be efficient and organized and manage multiple clients and leads daily.
– Embrace change and effectively articulate the impact of efforts on the business, the team, and personal growth.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a sales or business development role.
– Demonstrated hustle, ambition, and drive to achieve and exceed goals.
– Strong social and communication skills, with ease in engaging with new individuals.
