Full job description
Discovery Coffee wants to add an enthusiastic team member to our vibrant production team.
From sourcing & roasting to brewing & canning, we take pride in what we do each step of the way.
As part of the roastery team, the Production Assistant will learn how to craft cold brew consistently, slay the canning line, accurately package coffee, prepare customer shipments, assess coffee quality, help with product development, make deliveries, and maintain a clean and cozy roastery.
This is an excellent position for someone looking to establish a career in the coffee industry.
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for coffee and community
An enthusiastic learner with a positive attitude.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Practical interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication.
The ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 lbs.
A High-school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract.
Flexibility regarding work schedule and the hours/days required to work.
