Want to join the Stitch Crew? We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and ability for collaborative and independent work for both Part Time availability. Retail Sales Associate responsibilities include keeping the sales floor merchandised and neat, answering customer questions and providing assistance to customers where ever needed. The ideal candidate should enjoy dealing with the public, have a friendly personality and good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operating the POS System to complete sales. ( Shopify POS, handling cash, debit/credit and gift card transactions)
- Product Merchandising as required.
- Keeping up to date with Online Orders and ensure the product is being removed from the floor when sold.
- Providing customers with quality & friendly customer service at all times.
- Assisting customers with product in the fitting room.
- Receiving & Processing inventory sent from the warehouse. Including steaming, folding and hanging product.
- Keeping the product and store organized, clean and presentable at all times.
- Maintaining the stock room to provide a clean and organized space.
- Aid in taking inventory of the store/products when required.
- Continuously expand on product knowledge to improve customer service.
- Opening the store which includes arriving 15 minutes before the store opens, as scheduled, deactivating the alarm, pulling online orders and opening the cash till for the day.
- Closing the store which included staying up to 30 mins after close as scheduled. Setting the alarm, closing the till, preparing a daily deposit and completing closing cleaning duties.
- Any other duties that may be required of me as deemed by the management staff.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
