We are an authorized Canada Goose dry cleaner and work with the fashion industry’s leading brands to provide garment and home care services. We’re looking for high-energy individuals to join our customer service team! As a customer service representative you are responsible for:
Greeting Gibson’s customers with a smile
Attending to Gibson’s customers’ fabricare needs (dry cleaning, laundry, wedding gowns, alterations, etc.)
Checking in customer orders
Tagging and sorting clothing and assigning it to the correct department
Cash and point of sale responsibilities
Working in conjunction with the CSR team to carry out basic store activities
Answering phones and responding to customer questions
Assisting customers with their dry cleaning orders
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: From $17.50 per hour
