Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Technician with certifications in Asbestos Abatement, Water Restoration Technician (WRT), and Asbestos Management Remediation Technician (AMRT). In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of restoring properties affected by fire, water, mold, and other damages. Duties
- Perform asbestos abatement and removal procedures following strict safety protocols and industry regulations
- Conduct water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and mold remediation efforts
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to dismantle damaged structures and prepare sites for restoration
- Assist with fire restoration projects by cleaning soot, deodorizing affected areas, and restoring property integrity
- Execute carpet cleaning, construction repairs, and general cleaning tasks to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
- Follow detailed project plans and document all work performed for quality assurance and compliance purposes
- Operate equipment safely, including air scrubbers, moisture meters, and other restoration tools
Requirements
- Certification as a WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), AMRT (Asbestos Management Remediation Technician), or equivalent is required
- Proven experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of fire, water, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement processes
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, construction techniques, and cleaning methods used in restoration projects
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to asbestos handling and hazardous material removal
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in physically demanding environments
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
