Job Title: Restoration Technician
Overview
Join a fast-paced team responding to residential and commercial property damage. This hands-on role focuses on cleanup, mitigation, and restoration following water, fire, and environmental events.
What You’ll Do
- Perform cleanup, demolition, and restoration work
- Pack, clean, and inventory customer contents
- Set up and operate restoration equipment
- Support deodorization and HVAC cleaning
- Follow all OSHA/EPA safety standards
- Assist with warehouse upkeep and equipment maintenance
- Participate in after-hours emergency response as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of construction or restoration experience (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working with safety equipment and hazardous materials
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
- IICRC certifications
- Environmental or hazardous materials experience
