Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Roofing & Siding Specialist who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering top-quality results. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with roofing, siding, soffit, and fascia installation and repairs, while also being comfortable assisting with other exterior renovation projects as needed.

Roofing
- Install, repair, and replace residential roofing systems
- Identify and repair storm, wind, and hail damage
- Perform roof inspections and document findings
- Ensure all roofing work meets manufacturer specifications and local building codes
Siding
- Install and repair vinyl, LP SmartSide, fiber cement, and other siding products
- Replace damaged siding and trim components
- Ensure proper flashing, weatherproofing, and finishing details
Soffit & Fascia
- Install and repair soffit and fascia systems
- Address ventilation and moisture-related issues
- Ensure proper fit, finish, and appearance on all projects
General Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Accurately assess repair needs and recommend solutions
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Assist with other exterior construction and renovation projects as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with roofing, siding, soffit, and fascia installation and repairs
- Ability to read measurements and perform accurate material takeoffs
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and building codes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have your own tools
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in various weather conditions
