Duties:
– Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
– Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales
– Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
– Ensure proper handling and storage of food to maintain freshness and quality
– Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
– Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Skills:
– Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
– Knowledge of food safety procedures to ensure safe handling of food
– Cashiering skills to process transactions accurately
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required
