- Job Type: Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
- Expected Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Shifts: Flexible 8–10 hour shifts (Days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
You will learn to work both the kitchen and the front counter. We do not use freezers or microwaves, so you will prep fresh ingredients by hand every day. Our crew has a direct say in leadership by voting on manager promotions. You can expect 30 to 40 hours a week working longer 8 to 10-hour shifts.
Qualifications
Required:
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to Laconia Rd
- Available to work a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Reliable with a practical approach to solving problems
- Interested in long-term training for a management promotion
Your Daily Tasks
- Prep fresh ingredients by hand for the shift.
- Cook orders on the grill without using microwaves.
- Ring up customers at the register and process payments.
- Talk with the line crew to keep orders accurate during busy periods.
- Clean the kitchen equipment and dining lobby.
- Follow food safety and health guidelines.
- Vote in peer reviews to help choose team leadership.
