Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including patient scheduling and check-in/check-out
- Handle insurance claims, submissions, and follow-ups
- Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Collect and post payments, manage outstanding balances
- Communicate with patients regarding billing and insurance inquiries
- Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Ensure accurate patient records and data entry
- Support overall administrative and office workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 + years of dental reception experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing and AR management
- Familiarity with dental software (e.g., abeldent)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
