Duties
- Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues
- Perform electrical repairs, installations, and upgrades
- Install outlets, switches, lighting, ceiling fans, breakers, panels, surge protection, EV chargers, generators, and other residential electrical systems
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners
- Explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Follow NEC code requirements and company quality standards
- Complete digital job notes, photos, and documentation using company iPads/apps
- Manage materials and keep company vehicle organized
- Work independently while also supporting team members when needed
- Represent Arise Electric professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Residential electrical experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman electrician license preferred
- Residential service electrician experience
- Experience working directly with homeowners
- Experience with panel upgrades, generators, EV chargers, and troubleshooting
- Leadership and training potential
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Strong understanding of NEC code and safe work practices
- Ability to use tablets/apps for job documentation and communication
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team mentality
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
