Unique Cleaning Company is seeking professional, hardworking, and reliable house cleaners to join our growing cleaning company. Our ideal candidate must have an eye for detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently while providing exceptional home cleaning services that ensure customer satisfaction is consistently maintained.

Responsibilities:
Cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, family rooms, etc.
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
Vacuuming and washing hard surface floors on hands and knees
Cleaning and dusting light fixtures, baseboards, doors, door frames, and windowsills
Moving reasonably light furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or requests.
Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Must live locally / Legally able to work in Canada
A reliable car; valid driver’s license
Ability to drive to and from various job sites
Must be able to provide 1-2 references from a previous manager in the house cleaning business
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment
Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
Have a smartphone with a data plan
Able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to work in homes with pets: dogs, cats,etc
Must have an open mindset to learning new things!
