Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) – Home Healthcare Specialist-$30–$38 per Hour | Full-Time | Mountain Home, Arkansas
P3SG is hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to support a growing home healthcare respiratory program serving patients throughout Mountain Home, AR, and surrounding Arkansas and Missouri communities.
This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a company vehicle, sign-on bonus, performance incentives, and a high level of clinical autonomy. We are specifically seeking experienced respiratory clinicians who are comfortable managing patients independently in the home setting and providing exceptional respiratory care.
This position is not intended for new graduates, interns, externs, or entry-level candidates. Experienced Respiratory Therapists are strongly preferred.
Position Details
Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Coverage Area: Mountain Home and surrounding Arkansas & Missouri territories
Pay Range: $30–$38 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000 Available
Company Vehicle: Provided
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home respiratory patient assessments.
- Set up and manage oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment.
- Perform VA oxygen setups and respiratory services.
- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed therapies.
- Troubleshoot respiratory and oxygen equipment.
- Monitor patient progress and therapy compliance.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide ongoing patient follow-up and support.
- Participate in after-hours respiratory on-call coverage.
- Work independently throughout the assigned service territory.
Required Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist License (RRT or CRT).
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
- Experience with oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must reside within 25 miles of Mountain Home, AR or be willing to relocate.

- Home Health Experience.
- DME Experience.
- Ventilator Management Experience.
- CPAP/BiPAP Experience.
- Oxygen Therapy Experience.
- VA Patient Experience.
- Experience conducting in-home patient visits.
- Strong patient education and clinical communication skills.
