What You’ll Do
The Office Contract Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects moving from start to finish. You’ll coordinate between customers, contractors, and internal teams while managing materials, contracts, and project workflows.
This is a detail-heavy, fast-paced role that requires strong organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Material Procurement
- Order all materials for roofing projects
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, timelines, and availability
- Forecast needs to prevent delays
Work Order Coordination
- Create and manage work orders
- Act as a liaison between clients and contractors
- Keep projects moving efficiently through each phase
Contract Management
- Review contracts alongside insurance documentation
- Upload and manage files in JobNimbus
- Track supplements and contract changes
Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor project timelines and production metrics
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Process Improvement
- Help resolve project issues
- Work with the team to improve systems and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in coordination, project management, or office roles
- Construction or roofing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management software (JobNimbus a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $47,000 – $50,000 salary
