Job Overview
A growing organization hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a local position in a professional, client-focused aesthetic medical spa environment. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is looking for a more structured setting, consistent daytime hours, and long-term growth in the field of aesthetic medicine. No burnout, no night shifts.
This role is ideal for both new graduate RNs and experienced nurses who want to transition into a more supportive and predictable clinical setting.
About the Role
As an RN in our aesthetic medical spa, you will work with pre-scheduled clients in a calm, organized environment. You will support treatments, provide client education, monitor safety and comfort, and help create a high-quality experience for every client.
We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, warm, and eager to grow. No prior aesthetic experience is required, we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with aesthetic treatments and procedures under clinical supervision
- Monitor client safety, comfort, and satisfaction during appointments
- Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and charting
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms
- Follow company protocols, clinical standards, and sanitation procedures
- Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth client experience
- Participate in training and continued skill development
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented, dependable, and coachable
- Interest in aesthetics, wellness, and long-term career development
Schedule
- 4 days per week
- Sunday availability is required
- 3 additional weekdays scheduled Monday through Friday
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation
- $20–$27 per hour, based on experience
- Paid training
- Additional earning potential through tips and performance-based incentives
Training and Growth
We provide structured paid training for nurses entering the aesthetic field. Team members gain exposure to a range of non-invasive aesthetic services and ongoing development opportunities within a growing company.
