Tammah Jackson Hole is a luxury glamping experience featuring heated, insulated geodesic domes at the base of the Teton Mountains. Located minutes from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Teton Village, Grand Teton National Park, and downtown Jackson, we offer guests a unique way to experience the outdoors without sacrificing comfort.

We’re seeking a front desk–focused team member who can deliver consistent, high-quality service in a unique outdoor hospitality environment.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
Front Desk Operations (Primary Focus)
- Manage guest check-in and check-out with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest communications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest needs
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests and set the tone for their stay
- Provide local recommendations (park access, dining, activities, logistics)
- Help guests navigate the property and amenities
Operations Coordination
- Monitor unit readiness and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Ensure smooth communication across teams to prevent service gaps
- Support light breakfast/coffee service as needed
- Maintain an organized, guest-ready front desk and common areas
Schedule & Housing
- Primary schedule: PM / evening shift
- Private on-site housing provided
- Rotating on-call responsibilities shared with another on-site team member
- On-call coverage is required when the office is closed, typically 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- After-hours support is limited to time-sensitive or urgent guest needs only

- Prior front desk or guest services experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented
- Reliable with strong attention to detail

- Guests feel welcomed, informed, and supported from arrival onward
- Strong coordination prevents delays in room readiness
- Guest issues are resolved quickly without escalation
- Front desk remains organized, calm, and in control
