Peninsula Automotive Sales & Leasing is currently searching for a bright and energetic individual to join our highly rated Automotive Dealership in the role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Dealership experience is an asset but NOT necessary and we will train for success. The right candidate must be able to provide customer service in a busy, fast paced environment.

Job Description & Main Responsibilities

Professionally greet, welcome and record each customer entering the dealership and assist with directing to the appropriate party
Answer telephones and manage telephone system
Manage calendars, schedule appointments and assist with the Daily Game Plan
Perform complex and confidential assistant functions including developing and typing written correspondence; responding to routine external correspondence; typing memos, purchasing requisitions, payment requests and other department forms, documents and communications for marketing.

· Perform special projects as assigned

· Help with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,)

· Prepare visual content to be used on social media

· Enter customer information into the dealer management system

· Input vehicle equipment into the dealer management system

· Ordering Supplies

· Assist with vehicle administration and data entry

· Update Key Management System

· Assist with On-Boarding New Employees

· Assist with cashing out customers and taking deposits

· Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management.

· Assist with vehicle licensing

Requirements

· Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

· Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail.

· Proficient with Computers and Technology

· Excellent time management skills

· Ability to prioritize and plan work activities

· Enthusiastic, energetic, personal and friendly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
