We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RECE (Registered Early Childhood Educator) to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational Montessori activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring safety at all times
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s progress and any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and daily activities
- Follow all licensing regulations and health & safety protocols to ensure compliance and a safe learning space
- Support children with daily routines such as meal times, naps, and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development
Skills
- Valid registration as an RECE with the appropriate regulatory body
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs . Experience with Montessori would be preferred.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and positive attitude in working with young children
- Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to early childhood education settings
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support a dynamic classroom setting

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
