About the Opportunity
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is either enrolled in, planning to enroll in, or has recently completed the Nova Scotia real estate licensing course and is seeking structured mentorship, real-world guidance, and long-term career development within the EXIT Realty model.
This is not a salaried role and there is no guaranteed income. Compensation is commission-based. However, for individuals who are motivated, consistent, and willing to learn, earning potential is uncapped.
In addition to traditional commission income, EXIT Realty offers a residual income and retirement-style program, allowing agents to build long-term value alongside their active sales business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing (or working toward completion of) the Nova Scotia real estate licensing course
- Learning and applying the fundamentals of real estate practice, including:
- Buyer and seller representation
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Market analysis and pricing strategy
- Contracts, conditions, and transaction timelines
- Professional client communication and follow-up
- Shadowing real-world agent activities and transactions where appropriate
- Building and managing your own book of business
- Operating as an independent professional while receiving ongoing guidance
Mentorship & Support
You will receive:
- One-on-one mentorship through the licensing process
- Ongoing coaching once licensed and practicing

- Business planning and goal setting
- Lead generation strategies that fit your personality
- Systems, workflows, and time management

Compensation & Long-Term Income
- Commission-based compensation (no salary or guaranteed income)

Pay: $1,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Application question(s):
- There is a ‘start up cost’ to becoming a Realtor. The NSAR licensing course and initial fees run about $4000-$5000 and it may take a few months to find your first clients unless you already have people in mind. (These fees can of course be paid by credit card). I’ll remind you the earning potential can be in the $150,000+ per year range.
