Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday (no evenings or weekends)
Wage: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a signing bonus

What You’ll Do
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
- Take and develop X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records
- Support front desk operations when needed, including scheduling and patient communication
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Certification as a Dental Assistant with BCCOHP
- Dental assisting experience is preferred, but motivated individuals willing to learn are welcome
- Experience with Tracker and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
